Vegetarian Pandan Bread Spread



Ingredients
Fresh Pandan 15 Leaf
Water 4 ½ cup
Soft Tofu 1 block (300g)
Coconut Milk 1 box (200ml)
Evaporated Milk 1can (400g)
Brown Sugar 1 ¾ cup
Salt ½ tsp
All purpose flour 2/3 cup
Cornstarch flour 6 Tbsp



Directions

• Fresh Pandan cut in to small pieces and add the water in to, blend well, use white fabric to dredge the juice.
• Add soft tofu in to pandan juice and blend well.
• Add coconut milk, evaporated milk, sugar, salt, all purpose and cornstarch mix well and use white fabric dredge the juice.
• Cook on medium flame until sticky or about 45 minute.

* If you like more sweet you also can add more sugar.
