Stir fried Brussels sprout with Vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce
Ingredients
Brussels sprout 300 g cut in to half.
Garlic peels 5 pieces mashed
Bird chili 3 pieces slice in to a small pieces
Pickled soya sauce 2 Tbsp
Vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce 2 Tbsp
Vegetable Cooking oil 2 Tbsp



Directions
- Heat up the oil with height frame. Garlic and chili stir fried together until you smell the garlic roasted.
- Add Brussels sprout, pickled soya sauce and vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce, stir fried until cook or about 5 minutes.
