Egg free Banana Muffin

BANANA MUFFIN


Ingredients
All purpose flour 2 cup
Brow sugar 1/2 cup
Icing sugar 1/2 cup
Butter 100 g
Shortening 27 g
Banana (mashed) 190 g
Milk 1/4 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Egg replacement 3 tsp ( I use Enter G)

Direction

1. Preheat the oven 350 degrees ( 175 degrees C)
2. Butter and shortening whisk together in mixer bowl until mix well, add sugar and mix well, add en ter g egg replacement.
3. Add all purpose flour, banana and milk all together and mix well.
4. Pour in to the baking pan, bake about 30min or until test cake done.
